Nonwoven wadding production line workflow:

Fully opening the compressed polyester fiber raw materials is the basis. Under the action of the opening machine, the raw materials are initially opened into fluffy fibers and transported to the cotton feeder. The cotton feeder stores and evenly transports the fibers to the carding machine. The carding machine further opens and combs the fibers into a mesh fiber layer. After the fiber layer is compacted by the random roller, it is repeatedly folded in the cross lapper to form a fiber layer with a certain width and thickness.

The biggest feature of nonwoven wadding production line is that under the high temperature of electric oven, the low melting point chemical fiber melts and acts as glue to bond all the fibers together. The finished product does not need to be sprayed with glue, has no odor, is non-irritating to the human body, has good elasticity, good hand feel, and is soft and warm.

There are two different cutting machine to make the fibers to polyester wadding roll or sheet according to demand.
