When we receive the compressed fibers, they must go through a thorough opening process (opening machine and warding machine )to make the fibers fluffy and combed into a mesh fiber layer (warding machine). After being squeezed by a random roller, the fibers are more tightly bound together.

The fiber layer delivered by the carding machine is folded repeatedly in cross lapper to form a fiber layer of a certain thickness and width. According to the initial settings, after the fiber layer reaches a certain length through the cutting machine, the cutter automatically cuts it to form a fiber layer with a certain width, thickness and length. This is the prototype of the quilt filling material.The cut quilt liner automatically enters the quilt cover on the other side of the quilt filling machine under the action of the conveyor belt.

The quilt with the quilt cover can be fixed on the frame of the quilting machine for quilting to form a final usable quilt.

The entire quilt production line only requires manual assistance when filling, installing the quilt, and fixing and removing the quilt frame. Other operations can be automatically operated as long as the machine is powered on, which greatly saves labor and improves work efficiency.
